In some configurations, this port is not utilized. If you are connecting the Swytch purple Y-cable to your laptop, Sync will not detect Swytch.

To ensure Swytch is detected by Sync, please follow the steps in this guide based on your deployment configuration.

Note: For Roommate-based deployments, the ability to update Swytch from the Sync Portal is coming soon.
